Cori helped us find an affordable house that would meet our unique needs in the crazy market. We werent anywhere near ready to list, but she helped us understand and prepare to move quickly.She negotiated masterfully and helped us get and keep a contingency contract in 2021 (crazy huh). We were able to price our house right and sell for a large profit and though our buyer had some banking issues, she held that contract together until closing as well.Beyond her people and technical skills, she offered staging and even showed up at my house one day with hedge trimmers because she thought we needed to clean up the rose bush a little.Her attention to these things and willingness to work for us are what got us into our forever home.Because she has a love for educators and families who have a child with special needs, she offers these group a discount when representing them.
