We used Connie to purchase a home in Aransas Pass and the entire experience was fantastic. Connies communication was tremendous, we never wondered what was going on or what would happen next. We looked for quite some time and in several cities in the area. Connies local knowledge and understanding of the area housing market was a huge plus. Wholeheartedly recommend Connie and her team whether you are buying or selling....she is a real professional!

Totally awesome! Connie was very friendly & informative. She also took care of everything & especially the legalities. We learned alot from her. Weve dealt with other Realtors before, but they werent even close to Ms Polk when it came to customer service. I will totally be recommending Connie to everyone i know, & useing her for future sales.

Connie just recently sold a house for us in Aransas Pass.We had several obstacles to get past before the sale that we were initially unaware of, but Connie was a most excellent guide through the whole process! The buyer’s inspection yielded several things that needed addressing, but she had everything taken care of prior to the sell. If you are buying or selling in that area, I highly recommend Connie and her team!

Customer service starts with making the customer feel like you are their #1 priority. Connie was this to us and beyond. She kept us updated, with both calls and text. She stayed the course getting our property sold. Connie never wavered and we always felt like she was Our Agent. Its important to feel like you are being represented by a professional and Connie was that every step of the way. Looking forward to the next time we buy a property. I could not have found a better realtor than Connie Polk. I lost my mom in June and my family and I decided we wanted to sell and move back to East Texas closer to where my mom is buried. I was an emotional wreck, but Connie has a calming and caring nature about her. She helped me through probating my mom’s will. When I got down about the selling time she would say “ we are going to get there” and we did. I almost hate moving because I don’t have Connie anymore but I have her phone number lol.
