Colton is the MAN! Extremely patient and very accessible. Everything was done in a timely manner and he left no question unanswered. We were on the hunt for our first starter home and despite us being picky and unsure, he never gave up or allowed us to lose hope. Because of him, we found the perfect home at a perfect price. I can’t say enough good things about the work he put in to help us, but we are very appreciative and grateful for him. Dedication. I’ve been searching for a home for probably well over a year now and all through the process Colton was always helpful. My husband and I are admittedly the most difficult people he’s probably worked with but he still catered too ALL of our questions, our crazy schedule and our wishy washy personalities. He’s your hometown realtor you can trust, he’s personable, down to earth and reliable. In the past I had met with other realtors who really were in it for the money, it’s like we had a dollar sign above our heads. I never once felt that with Colton, he was trully helping us achieve our goals and overall he’s a just a humble guy. Most importantly he gets you the home you truly want! After 2 offers that spiraled down the drain we finally placed another offer that I can honestly say we got accepted because of him. Quite frankly I’m glad the first two fell through because I love our current home a thousand more times than any we ever looked at. It was meant to be! He helped my parents sell their old home and buy their new home and he’s helped me find my first! All in all 10/10 would recommend!
