My wife and I are incredibly thankful that Colt was referred to us. Colt worked diligently to sell our house and buy a new one simultaneously. He kept us informed in every step of the process and made sure we did everything on our end to have a seamless experience. He knows the ins-and-outs of real estate and fights for his clients.Not enough good things can be said about Colt. Beyond the amazing realtor is a character driven family-man. He’s the real deal.

My wife and I started looking for homes around 12-01-2018 and didn’t close on our first home until 05-01-2019. Colt showed us about 35-40 homes within that six month time span. Every single time my wife or I found a home we liked, he was willing to come at the drop of a hat and he was constantly sending us homes to look at as well. We never felt like we were put on the back burner during this process.The people that Colt works with are also great. His people helped make this whole home buying process simple and as stress free as possible. Everyone was fighting for my wife and I to get a good and fair deal. Colt knows his stuff and won’t let you make a bad decision. I could not be happier with our new home.This is the first home my wife and I have bought, but I guarantee you that we will be using Colt and the Remington team for the rest of our lives. Colt told us everything to do in order to have successful showings when we listed our house. We had multiple offers on our property within three days of listing. In the meantime, Colt was able to find the house of our dreams. We listed our house, sold it, and closed on our beautiful new home in 30 days. We had back-to-back closings, and everything went smoothly, thanks to Colt!

If you are at this stage you have already determined the need for the best possible real estate agent that money can buy. You are looking for that person who will get you the best price, buying or selling, really listen and respond to your wants and needs, provide professional advice and direction, and you want all of this with someone you can connect with on a personal level. Someone you can trust with what will probably be your most exciting, emotional, fearful, stressful, expensive, and life changing purchase/sell you will ever make. Hands down, its Colt Remington. He did every one of these things, exceeded my expectations, and truly went above and beyond to make it happen. Were there difficulties outside the control of any agent? You bet there was. Every one of them was handled with excellence. I tend not to take advice from strangers and people that I don’t know their motives. So do yourself a favor and interview any agents that interest you. Colt Remington was the fifth agent I contacted, and the third one I sat down to interview. Save yourself some time and call Colt. You will want him on your side when it really counts, when the person you put all your trust in needs to “make it happen”, or “make it right”.
