Kapila was excellent. As first time homebuyers there are a lot of concerns and questions that go into buying a house. We always felt like he had our best interest in mind. He made sure we were always well-informed but let us make our own decisions. There was never any pressure.He was very proactive in finding us homes to see and readily available after hours to meet us at showings. An agent who cares as much about your home as you do is essential, and that is what Kapila was for us.We have already recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so! We cant recommend him highly enough.

As a first time home buyer, I was scared that I was going into this process unknowledgeable and will not come away with a good deal or missing some crucial steps.Thankfully, Kapila was extremely knowledgeable, explaining the process to me, making sure that I was not caught off-guard, and assured me through the whole process that I was not making mistakes.He listened to my needs, able to accommodate to my schedule for showings so we could get to them quickly, and willing to listen to all my concerns. I could tell that he had my best interest in mind throughout the whole process, even when we are signing at closing to make sure I understood all aspects of the process.He ended up working an offer below the appraised value, negotiated and followed through with the seller’s repairs, and helped me to save some money in the end (something as first time buyer I wanted).I would highly recommend working with Kapila.
