Doug expertly handled our home sale for a corporate relocation! He is very knowledgeable in his trade and well connected in the area resulting in our sale being as painless as possible. Doug helped us to figure out the best time to sell our home as our newly constructed home was being completed. He was always prompt, available, and offered to help in anyway he could. He also laid out all the details when we had multiple offers so we could go with the offer that best suited us. We got the best price for our home and sold it quickly. Doug is honest and trustworthy. For several years, we were Winter Texans spending the winter in our Gulf front townhouse on Padre Island. Friends stayed in our place for a few months while waiting to build their new home. They met Doug in a garage sale and they were immediately very impressed with his demeanor and friendly personality. So when it came time to sell the townhouse, we contacted Doug.Let me say without equivocation that Doug is the most experienced, knowledgeable, and professional of the many realtors we have used in buying and selling in Texas. It is not easy to sell a home under normal circumstances, and being out of town at the time added to the challenge. Doug stepped up and took care of every aspect of the transaction, from minor fixes, advertising the property, showing the property and answering questions from potential buyers.Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed and updated. I appreciated very much how he would text or email or call only when necessary. We were confident the sale was in good hands, and in fact, it was the smoothest of transactions.
