Mary B was amazing! Our home sold quickly and we were nervous about finding a new home before having to move out due to hardly any listings in the area we were looking.Not only did she find our new home quickly, her years in the business meant she knew the developer/owner. She negotiated directly with him and was the reason we got such an amazing deal on our home. 50k below list price! We were shocked and delighted.She kept us informed constantly throughout the transaction and took my “type A” husband’s numerous phone calls and we never felt like we were bothering her. She answered all his questions in detail.I would highly recommend Mary for any of your real estate transactions.
