Initially I was against using a realtor to sell my home. I figured I could market it and do open houses just as well as any realtor and save myself at least 3% in agents commission. Well after receiving an offer and having the buyers back out after the inspection cause they did not have the support of an agent telling them all was okay. So I asked Claudia and her team to assist and they made the whole process a lot easier. They held several open houses and presented multiple offers and within a month my house was sold. They handled all the questions and concerns from the buyer and I did not have to drop my price too much. Claudia has been more then just a realtor, she is beyond caring for her clients even after closing. She found us our dream home after us going all over Spring/Woodlands and Conroe, because (I will be honest) I am picky person. She has kept in touch and check on us for almost 2 years now.
