Don was extremely helpful as my property manger for 2 years. He listened, worked quickly and efficiently, and was always incredibly reasonable to work with. I am very grateful as he made my rental experience as seamless as possible.

Ive had the pleasure of working with Don as the manager of a property I was renting and then as my real estate agent. I had a fantastic experience with Don in both of his roles.Don has a very calm, honest, and straight forward way of conducting his business which I really appreciated. Especially when I was shopping for my first home. All of my questions were answered quickly and I never felt like he was trying to sell me on a property. He always gave his honest opinion and the result was finding a house that I love.I would recommend Classic Texas Properties!

Ive known Don for about 20 years now. Originally I rented a property for which he was the property manager. When I had any issues, he quickly had a handyman reach out to me to schedule service to repair the issue. As I was happy with him as a landlords representative, I used him as a realtor when I was ready to purchase a home. Don is an honest and courteous person and will go the extra mile to get you taken care of.

Mr. DON has been the best I have ever dealt with when leasing a home. We have been taken care of as tenants and he is very polite, honest and responds quickly when we ever had an issue concerning the house. I am sad that we have to lease from someone else now due to the owners wanting to sell this house. But anyone that wants to sell, do property management... he can do it all when it comes to homes. Contact Mr. Don, you wont be disappointed.

Don was my property manager for a home that I rented in Hutto for 4-5 years. He was always very helpful and responded quickly to issues we had with the rental property. Don was also my realtor when I was able to buy my very first home. He helped me to understand the ins and outs of home buying and guided me to helpful resources that will continue to help me throughout homeownership.
