Cindy is the best realtor I have ever had to pleasure of working with. You want to talk about going up and beyond that is Cindy. She did something I would have never thought I would ever see a realtor do. Let’s just say she made a family very happy even after they had the worst mortgage company ever get into their house after almost being homeless. I will also use Cindy and refer all of my friends and family to her. As far as I’m concerned she is family now. Love her to death. Want a great realtor use Cindy. You will not be sorry. I promise. Cindy Wade is literally the best realtor on God’s green earth. She is on top of the details, amazing at her job, so very engaged and helpful in guiding you through the process, AND is incredibly delightful and supportive along the way. Buying and selling a home can be so stressful at times. Cindy removes the insanity and replaces it with calm and fun. I couldn’t recommend her more. Five stars doesnt seem like enough!

I cannot emphasize enough, if you are looking for a realtor to work hard and 100% in your best interest, Cindy Wade is your gal! When you use Cindy for selling your current home or buying your next home, she is all in all of the time. While selling our home, she offered fantastic advice, great negotiations, but with no pressure! Some realtors in the past have made me feel rushed and pressured as if the process was more about the end goal for them. You will never get that with Cindy. She is very patient, however her patience should not be confused with passiveness. She doesn’t slow down, and she has deep knowledge in all areas of the real estate field making her very easy to trust! Her outgoing and magnetic personality draws people in and creates such an easy process for everyone! Seriously, you absolutely will not be disappointed. Everyone my family has referred her to also say the SAME thing! Call her now!
