Chris Morris did a fantastic job selling my home in Allen, Texas. He had a buyer in about a week. The closing date was moved up. From first showing to closing was one month. Chris goes above and beyond to make good things happen. I totally recommend him!

As a newcomer to town and completely unknown in the local real estate market, Christopher knocked our door and introduced himself to us on the off chance that we might be interested in selling our house in the future.Though we had not solicited his services, Christopher continued to maintain contact with us (without making a pest of himself), desiring to help with any possible future sale. The sale never happened, but I was impressed with Christophers commitment and so I decided to use him to help me with the purchase of a small lake house near Whitehouse, Texas. This house is 1&1/2 hours from Corsicana and Christopher made several trips with us and without us and made the process of the purchase smooth and stress free.I found Christopher sincerely committed to serving our needs and would gladly recommend his services to anyone that was in the market to buy/sell a home.

Christopher is one hell of a Realtor. Chris helped me and my wife buy our first home (he closed our VA Loan in less than 30 days!). Hes a patient man, a professional man and he truly cares about the Clients hopes dreams and then reality to own a home....But then an opportunity arose a year later for us to jump out the home and potentially see a large profit to sell in a currently tough market (Jan. 2024). We went right back to Chris and he moved without haste and he pushed his people to get our home sold at the asking price! Hes a beast. We love the man. Hes now a great family friend.
