Coming from out of state, and knowing no one in the area, we had no idea how to choose a realtor. My brother, who is a realtor in New Mexico, found Christine online. He called to inform us he most likely found the most energetic and knowledgeable realtor in the San Antonio area! He wasn’t wrong!The following day, we touched base with Christine on the phone, shared with her, our list of wants and needs, and what was most important to least important for us. We texted back-and-forth listings, questions, and shared all the information we could give each other.We flew into San Antonio a few weeks later and met Christine the next day in Boerne. We knew we wanted to focus on Hill Country, just didn’t know exactly where. Christine had a list of homes for us to see, in so many areas.One thing I appreciated most about Christine was her telling us, if we walk into a house and we know immediately we don’t like it, just let her know and we can leave, she did not want to waste our time!Christine found us a home that pretty much hit every item on the bucket list! We’ve been in Boerne a month now, could not have found a better realtor, a more welcoming neighborhood or a more beautiful home.Christine was not just our Realtor, she’s now a dear friend! After we closed on our home, she was still available for all of my questions, and Lord knows I had a lot of them.Moving is stressful, moving from out of state is even harder. Christine went above and beyond for my husband and I! Our process took longer than expected due to covid-19, but Christine did everything and anything she could for us! The communication was always there! She was super nice, kind, understanding, and helpful with this being our first time buying a home! I definitely would recommend her for my friends and family! We absolutely loved working with her! Thank you for everything you did for us Christine!

Christine is very personable and a must go to real estate agent! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! She was always available and very professional when showing homes. I couldnt even tell you how many houses she showed and not to mention the countless number of houses researched. She never complained and always provided an amazing service especially gearing the research to exactly what I was looking for. I still remember her asking if I looked into new construction. I said “I haven’t looked into it, but I would entertain the idea of a new construction”. After her connections and research, she put me in contact with M/I Homes and before you know it I’m going through the process of building a home with exactly what I want. I’ve been very happy with my choice. The construction process was very exciting and Christine would check up on me from time to time, making sure the process was going smoothly. When I finally closed and moved into my home she touched based to make sure I was settling in ok. Being in the military and moving around a lot I personally guarantee that she is a top tier real estate agent amongst all the real estate agents I’ve used throughout the years.

Awesome realtor! Really listened to what I wanted as a buyer and only showed me homes that fit in my budget and in the location(s) I wanted. Once I found a home I liked Christine worked quickly to submit an aggressive offer, negotiating the final purchase price down substantially! Highly recommend for any buyer looking to purchase a new home in San Antonio!

Christine helped me and my wife buy an amazing, beautiful house while I was away overseas with the military. Her diversity of knowledge on all issues related to the local real estate market is unparalleled. She was able to help us write an offer on a house that had several other offers on it, and then get it accepted, close, and move in, all on a time crunch (35 days from offer to closing)! Throughout every step of the way, she was always readily accessible at every hour of the day and night, and always either immediately knew the answers to our questions or was able to get us an answer very quickly. You could not ask for any better realtor on your team and in your corner because she most definitely will have your interests in mind during your home buying or selling process. On a scale of 10 with 10 being the best, I would rate her a 20!
