I had the amazing experience of working with Christie for finding my first home! She was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, & fun to walk through houses with.Me and my fiancé were in Chicago while trying to buy in Waco and her ability to still help us find a house while we were so far away is absolutely incredible.She is 100% someone you want in your corner!!

If you are buying a home in the greater Waco area and youre not using Christie Gilliam, youre doing it wrong.Christie and her team were the absolute best people to work with. They are all extremely responsive, communicate clearly and are truly truly honest with you throughout the entire process. She has SO many connections in the area, from home inspectors, titling companies to loan officers and everything in between. In this hectic market, moving quickly is key, and this team was fantastic in how efficient they work. As first-time home buyers from out of state, we were incredibly nervous about the whole thing, but Christie was our greatest advocate and such a professional. Shes extremely knowledgeable, savvy and simply the best. I recommend Christie and her team to anyone and everyone whos buying a home!!

Christie and her staff were amazing. My wife and I were first time home buyers. She took us under her wing to show us the ropes of home buying so we had no surprises throughout the process. I felt completely at ease and trusted her opinion when viewing homes, neighborhoods, and especially during the negotiation. She was always available whenever we called but her staff is also available to even do video walkthroughs for her clients. She takes a great deal of pride in helping people not just buy a house but to buy a home. I can not recommend her and her staff enough. I will be recommending her to all our family and friends in the future.

Weve used Christie twice. This last time, our daughter saw a house she really liked. Before we even had a chance to see it, Christie had not only ran a few numbers, but did a little background check on it...she wouldnt sell it to us, it was priced WAY too high. Christie and her assistants Care for their clients, like family. They are HIGHLY Recommended!

Could not have asked for a better realtor! Christie was great at answering our questions and she is very attentive and patient. She knows her stuff and if she doesnt, she will find out. Even in a crazy housing market, we found our dream house and closed with very few hiccups. As first time homebuyers, we could not have asked for an easier, stress-free experience. During the process we learned some lessons, such as staying local with lenders and insurance agents, and are so glad Christie walked us through it. Absolutely recommend!! 5+ stars!!
