Words cannot express our gratitude and appreciation for Sarah Chilton. She is a realtor who went above and beyond expectations when we purchased our new home.We had another realtor who was selling our previous home and we found ourselves calling Sarah for help whenever an issue came up. That is just how much more confidence we had in Sarah vs our other realtor. That was not her property to sell but she still gave advice and help when we needed it. She listens and is not pushy, which we appreciated. Even after we purchased the home, she still followed up with the builder throughout the week to make sure all the pending tasks were going to get done for us. Most realtors tend to call it quits as soon as the house is closed on. Small tasks like that go a long way because we already had a ton on our plate with moving into our new home. So again, thank you for that Sarah!We can wholeheartedly say that Sarah will be our realtor if we ever decide to sell or purchase a home again. She is someone who puts her clients interests first and will fight for the best possible deal for you! I would not recommend anyone else to use as your real estate agent!Thank you Sarah! I have worked with Sarah on many occasions, but never on a personal transaction. When it was time to sell our home, we knew there was no one else we could trust! Sarah and her team were a delight to work with from start to finish. I have never seen anyone in the BCS area do real estate the way they do! Their marketing strategies are unmatched and proved to be highly effective when they were able to have us under contract in just 7 days! They were not only incredibly friendly and personable, but also highly professional. Their expertise in the market, made the normally dreadful process extremely enjoyable and a lot of fun; all while achieving a very quick and smooth sale.
