I really need to shout out Charlie for going above and beyond on one of our recent transactions, helping a great family move into their new home.We have a fantastic down payment assistance program designed to serve the underserved, and Charlie negotiated an impressive 6% in sellers credits. This allowed the family to buy their home with $0 down.When the appraiser valued the home for less than the comparables in the area, Charlie didnt give up. He renegotiated with all parties involved and found a solution where the family got their home for less than market price, still with no money required to close!That, to me, is what separates a true Realtor Professional from just a home shower. It was my first time buying a house and truly didn’t know what to expect from start to finish. Charlie made me and my wife comfortable during the home search process and provided us a vast list of homes and allowed us to look on our own as well.
