Mr. Dalrymple was incredibly patient with us as we view house after house until we found the right one. As first time homebuyers, we were nervous and lacked knowledge of the process, but he walked us through each step of the way; by answering any and all questions at any time of the day. He helped to make the process quick and smooth. We are very please with his service. We highly recommend him others.

Mr. Dalrymple is a consummate professional of the finest caliber! I have dealt with multiple realtors through the years and Mr. Dalrymple is in a league of his own. He was consistently available - even when I was out of the country - and beyond the 8 - 5:00 p.m workday. Additionally, he advocates for his clients and I saw that on multiple occasions. All in all, I could not have been more pleased with his services and would strongly recommend him without the slightest reservations. Five stars hands down!

Started searching late November of 2023 and found the home for me in April 2024. Throughout this time Charles was kind, patient, and proactive. He brought multiple options to the table as I requested to see what was in the market in different areas. His knowledge of the real estate market is a definite tool of the trade.
