Channing is truly the best realtor out there! Buying a house is hands down the most stressful thing I’ve done, but Channing made the difference. She was there every step, for every question (no matter how late or silly that question was), and truly cared about our future home. If you need a realtor, there is no one better than her.

We have used Channing on several real estate transactions. She is the absolute best. Her level of professionalism along with her friendliness is a delight to deal with. Her knowledge of the industry is vast and if she doesn’t know the answer (rare), she will find it for you. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

I couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent than Channing Travis. I had missed many properties because I couldnt get agents to call me back. After contacting Channing and telling her about some property I was interested in, I knew I had made the right choice. She worked nonstop and never gave up and was able to get the other real estate company to call her back and helped every step of the way in negotiations and was able to get it for me at a good price. She went to the closing with me also. If you are in need of an agent who will give your needs and wants a 100%+ effort, shes the one to call. I highly recommend her.
