Luis was by far one of the greatest agents to fit our home needs.He helped us sell our first home, and multiple offers were put in na matter of two days! We sold our home immediately and started house hunting for the next big thing. After months of patience because of the pandemic, our custom built was completed. I wouldn’t change a thing. He was professional and made sure we had all the communication needed to understand the process of our home, and what was needed. I highly recommend Luis Carlos Perez, because my husband and I are thankful for his dedication and hard work. He literally helped us every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of. Gilbert is amazing! We discovered him by chance through a scheduled zillow showing and signed him after two showings with us. He is actually the first realtor we worked with in El Paso and we were so glad that it worked out this way. I had bought a house in another state previously, and went through an arduous process of screening realtors.Gilbert is knowledgeable about his listings - I have a lot of questions about the properties, as detailed as how much the electric bill cost per month, why the seller decided to sell, etc. He was able to answer all questions. The qualities I made sure that he had before we signed him on were - respectful, pleasant, good work ethics, not pushy, no upselling.Throughout the buying process, I also discovered that Gilbert is very prompt with our request when putting in offers and negotiating repairs. I realized that Gilbert had our best interests when he really listened to our request for repair. It is my second purchase and my husbands first, so we were having a concerned attitude when it comes to issues discovered on inspection reports, however minor they are. The sellers and their agent turned out to be difficult to work with when it came to repairs, only willing to repair two major things. Gilbert went above and beyond and helped us fix a broken door himself and with his teammate Gloria. They even helped us paint the closet and caulked some missing caulked areas! We were so impressed by their work ethics and genuine kindness.During entire process, the sellers agent also turned out to be unethical, one time even sending the seller to scream at Gilbert and Gloria for fixing the door after Gilbert received approval from sellers team. Gilbert and Gloria handled this with grace, and respected the raging seller even when she doesnt deserve their respect. During the closing process, the sellers team also chose to be purposefully difficult and tried to see if we cannot meet the difficult closing requirement they set and hoped we would lose our earnest money to them. Gilbert successfully helped us navigate this situation with extremely prompt communication and we successfully closed.I have never worked with realtors like Gilbert and Gloria who are not only genuinely kind, but also go above and beyond for their clients. Please consider them as your realtors, you will not regret it!!
