Cecilia was AMAZING!!! She was very proactive in finding properties that checked all of my boxes. Not only was she great at finding properties that met my needs, but she was also very quick and responsive when it came to scheduling showings. I was looking for an investment property when working with Cecilia. She was a huge help on this front too because she has investment properties of her own. She was able to help negotiate the asking price down by $30k and even helped me find a great GC! I highly recommend working with her! I will definitely be using her again!
