What a wonderful experience working with Cat to sell our home! Cat helped us project manage the thirty days prior to listing, which made the leadup to listing so much more bearable for my wife and me. Cat likewise provided the stagers and photographers, which made our house really pop, so much that we were under contract only eight days after listing. Cat is simply amazing! She sold our home and helped us purchase a new home in March 2021. She is extremely knowledgeable in real estate, home valuation, staging, negotiating, etc and gives confident and straightforward advice. She was always extremely accessible and communicative (and is super sweet and hilarious!). When I say she does whatever it takes, it means blowing our leaves before a showing, checking on the painters job to make sure it was perfect, and asking the inspector every question you can think of before letting him go home. Thanks to her we sold our home within 24 hours with multiple offers and way above asking price. We also got our offer accepted for our new home at asking price while there were multiple offers placed as well. We love Cat!!
