Casey was phenomenal to work with when we both sold our house and bought a new home. She was responsive at all times during the day and night and would go out of her way to help us with anything that came up. She knew exactly what kind of house we wanted and learned our taste very quickly. Casey also did an exceptional job marketing our house for sale and had it under contract in roughly 2 weeks with a lot of foot traffic. Casey helped us find the perfect house in Anna! My husband and I began working with Casey in July 2020 and we closed in August 2020. She is very professional and an excellent communicator. She recommended a lender (who was wonderful as well) and managed the inspection process. This purchase was our first move to a new city in almost 30 years. Casey was the best and we highly recommend her!

When we met with Casey, she told us our house would most likely sell within 2-5 days, and for over asking price. She came over, had professional pictures taken, after expertly staging our house. Within 24 hours we had 3 offers for over asking price. She asked for best and final and we had a contract 4 days after the initial listing. Casey worked with the buyers agent, kept us informed, and we closed on time, just about 6 weeks after we signed our contract. Casey is east to reach, and very attentive to questions. She is just an awesome realtor. She helped us buy our house 4 years ago, and now has helped us sell. Shes a Rock Star Realtor for sure!

Where do I start? -- Casey was an amazing realtor for me during the difficult time of selling my mothers house who had passed away. She was personable, compassionate, worked hard for me, and was unobtrusive when needed. She went above and beyond when I needed her to, and negotiated excellent terms, given the circumstances. Casey is down-to-earth and relatable. She does not give off the feeling of somebody who is a snake oil salesman, and this is what I want in a realtor. I cant recommend her more, given my experience with her.

Casey Rainey is absolutely the best agent that I have ever used to purchase property. We recently looked at a house in North Creek on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and moved in 2 days after Christmas! This was amazing since my husband and I are both educators and that is the only time that we had. I was making decisions from out of town and Casey knows the area so well that she was able to find inspectors, repair people and track down the people who had put in the floor of the house so that we could get additional matched flooring. All of these things were done in this time frame as well. Her Educator Incentive plan was a pleasant surprise and allowed us to purchase a new bed and refrigerator! I see no way that we could have done this without Casey and we still have a week to enjoy our new home before the busy time begins again!! Thanks Casey!!
