I cannot say enough good things about Carissa. My husband and I were first-time home buyers, with not a lot of knowledge in the real estate industry, and Carissa educated us, reassured us, and guided us through this process right off the bat. She was extremely punctual, readily available, and ALWAYS worked in our best interest. Our home buying process was a little more difficult than the average due to our lender, and I truly believe Carissa was the glue holding the entire deal together and taking us across the finish line. She is experienced, insanely knowledgable, fun, kind, and your best option if you are looking to buy in Texas. I truly cannot imagine a better real estate agent exists.

Carissa helped us find a perfect home to rent. We had so many homes we wanted to see and we were able to go look at them all with no pressure. Finding a house to rent/buy can be intimidating but she took care of everything we needed and made it very simple for us. There are not enough words to express how thankful I am for Carissa. Not only did she stick it out with me for 6 months straight of house hunting; she eased my mind when I was stressed, was a friend when I was doing a lot of this alone and family in other states and worked with my not so easy work schedule. She was honest and straight to the point and never beat around the bush which is what I needed. Carissa wins offers. She negotiated for my home purchase and after appraisal came back- I had almost 100K in instant equity. Carissa is an extremely knowledgable Realtor. She is known for her strong social media presence and luxury listings. I know personally that she has helped people relocate from California and has been such a good resource for learning more about schools local to Dallas Texas. You will be in good hands.
