Ms. Chandler helped us with a recent condo purchase. We were referred to her by a friend. She handled the entire process seamlessly, promptly, professionally, and it became quite evident from the get go and throughout the purchase that Carissa was advocating for us throughout the whole process. Sheβs didnβt let the sun set one time without resolving an issue or answering a question. Highly recommend. -

I found Carissa on a Facebook group and I texted her for help and she immediately responded. My husband and I were looking for a rental home and we wanted to go view one we found on Zillow. She immediately got in context with the listing realtor and met us that night to view it!!! When we showed up she was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I recommend her I would give 10 stars if I could! -
