Choosing Candace to sell our home was the BEST decision ever! We ran into lots of bumps in the road but Candace smoothed them all out for us. She helped us out by making all of the phone calls necessary and fought for us each step of the way. Our mortgage company was horrible. Candace knows what she is doing and made the sell of our home possible. She kept us updated at every turn. I never had to wait. If there was news, we knew it immediately. Our home had a contract on it in 6 days! We cleared 50k more than I had originally planned thanks to Candaces advice. We are extremely grateful for her help. She came highly recommended to us and now I know why!
