I reached out to Cameron after having a conversation on a real estate investment Facebook page, and luckily the first Realtor I have worked with in Lubbock will be my last.Cameron was incredibly accommodating and took the time to work with me as someone who is not just looking for a place to live but also an investor who will use the property as a rental. No matter what challenges we ran into Cameron was ready to find a solution. When we had to close from out of town Cameron even drove to the title company to pick up the documents and overnight them to us so that we would close on time.I have had poor experiences with several realtors in the past and Cameron reminded me what an asset a great Realtor is to have on your team. When we buy more properties in the future in the greater Lubbock area the only person I will work with is Cameron.
