I cannot say enough about our experience with Kevin and Carol…..they are the best agents we have EVER used!! And I mean that with all sincerity…..we move around a lot and have sold/bought multiple homes.We interviewed multiple real estate agents before we made our decision as to who to list with and it was crystal clear they were our people. They have the best experience and knowledge on all the current finance and contract rules. They understand the market like no one else….we were told our house was worth much less than what it actually sold it for. They think outside the box and know how to sell and they work HARD to get the job done. They have amazing connections for services needed to spruce things up….painter, masoner, electrician, plumber, etc. They went the extra mile and even helped us make appointments and calls for estimates while we were out of state closing on our new home. The way they treat their customers is top notch and they just go way above and beyond which is unheard of these days. We never had to call and say what about this or that….they were always a step ahead of us telling us okay we need this today or you need to get this document completed. If we had questions they were always available or called us back within a couple of hours.We were so stressed about the move out of state, per their recommendation we actually packed up the house and moved out before the house was even on the market and left our keys with them. They took over and handled all the cleaning and hired a photographer that took amazing pictures. We were told by the everyone else that we would likely be on the market for 90-100 days. There were several homes around us for sale that had been on the market for several weeks. They got our house sold in 5 days…..praise God!It was all the preemptive work they did that got us an amazing contract. It was the best negotiation experience we have ever had with no bickering and everything went super smooth. We closed on time from our new home in Colorado. They made all the arrangements for someone to come to our new home and do all the paperwork from the comfort of our dining room so we didn’t have to fly back.If you are buying or selling why not hire the best with your most valuable asset? There are a ton of agents out there but that doesn’t mean they know what they are doing. Please don’t fall for we will promote your home on social media as their marketing plan….social media doesn’t sell homes. It’s great for exposure but your agent will ultimately sell your home and these guys will never let you down. All the glory to God for having these fantastic agents help us….they are just good, humble, down to earth, honest, hardworking people!!❤️❤️

Highly recommend Carol and Kevin! We moved from California to Texas and found the most perfect home! The process was challenging on the California side due to the challenges of our California home sale. The delays left us living in our RV for 30 days, due to Californias buyers failure to close on time. Carol and Kevin recognized immediately the hurdles we were about to face. Their response was immediate and they began working with my California agent and the buyers lender to expedite the process! They opened their home and their expertise! We are blessed to call them our friends and agents! If I could give them 10 stars I would! Carol was amazing to work with from beginning to end. She listened to our needs and understood our budget. After viewing just one house with her we were in love. Next thing I know she’s negotiating with the builders and getting us what we needed. From there on out she and Kevin explained the next steps and kept us in the loop. Any time we had questions they were there. All in all great realtors to work with!!!

They have been honest, upfront, and extremely tolerant of my many questions as a first time buyer!! Talk about Johnny on the spot! Carol’s knack for finding the perfect home for my budget and taste, and Kevin’s ability to see through any bologna and not allow me to make a bad decision is incredible!! I LOvE this couple! The perfect match! The perfect team! The way I see it I got double my money with this pair!!
