It was about a 6 month process in finding our new home that checked ALL the boxes and after a few hiccups, we closed May 2021.On the selling side, Brooke and Chase did everything top notch from professional photos, to social media and Open Houses. I had the pleasure of working with Brooke and Chase on 2 separate occasions. First in selling a property that belonged to my siblings and I. What I thought was gonna be a mess and very difficult due to the circumstances that involved a Will, turned out to be just the opposite. I was walked through everything every step of the way by Chase. Property was sold shortly after being listed and closed on in just 10 days. I then turned to them to purchase my first home last year. Once again the two of them were very accommodating and understanding to what I was looking for. Chase was very hands on with questions and concerns I had about any property. It wasn’t uncommon for him to go the extra mile and climb on a roof or crawl through an attic and check something himself or meet me at a property with an electrician or hvac professional to go over any concerns I had expressed. I highly recommend Chase and Brooke when looking to sell your home or looking to purchase a new home, they proven to go the extra and make the whole experience easy and straight forward. -

I first got matched up with Brooke and Chase through a property search on Zillow. Brooke reached out immediately and started asking what I was looking for, what my preferences were and getting an idea of what I wanted. Unfortunately after a few houses and even an offer on one my situation at work had changed and I needed to hold off for a few months. Fast forward a few months and I called Brooke and she got back to work for me immediately!! We looked at new builds and some that had been listed for a while but they werent quite what I wanted. I left town from a dentist appointment and Brooke text me some details on another one so we looked at it and it was perfect!! They got going on the paperwork and offer and even got sod thrown in for me, had a few hoops to get through and I couldnt be at the inspections so Chase stepped in and took care of them and then called me right after they were completed. Ive been in my new home since December and even had to have a dryer outlet replaced and they got a hold of the builder and had it taken care of for me!! If I ever decide to move or know of anyone looking I mention Brooke and Chase without hesitation!!! -
