We have moved 6 times in the last 10 years. Fingers crossed this is our last one! That being said…. we are seasoned, knew what we wanted, and provided what we thought was an impossible list. Brittany came through on everything important to us and under budget! Oh did I mentioned this was done remotely? The entire process was easy, she never was pushy in any aspect, and was honest! I would recommend her to anyone, we feel like we gained a friend in the process. Thank you for everything.

I came into the market not having any idea what I was getting myself into. I needed someone who was patient and confident, as I easily got overwhelmed with the beast that is the housing market right now. Brittany walked me through every step of the process, took me to dozens of showings, drafted dozens of offers, spent weeks advocating and fighting for me to buy my first home. I cant even count the hours we dedicated to this, and as the process went on, I quickly started to lose hope and become discouraged. But Brittany does not quit, in fact quite the opposite. She adopted my vision when I couldnt see anymore, and only with her support was I able to secure a home. The expectations I had coming in were radically different from what I now have, but at the same time it honestly worked out the way it was supposed to. Once our offer was accepted, Brittany continued to let me into the house to start rebuilding my vision in this new opportunity; once a week we were there planning and brainstorming how I was going to make it my own. She didnt have to go as much as I asked her to, but she did without fail. when it was all said and done, she got me a very thoughtful gift, that really made me feel like she understood what I had gone through, and that we had finally made it. Not to mention she met and welcomed my entire family, who all wanted to be there during this process as well. Teamwork is what got us through this, and I cant tell you how glad I was to have Brittany on my team. Shes the one you want fighting in your ring.

If you are searching for a realtor that will work for you and on your behalf, Brittany Tromly is the one.The last few months of house hunting in this real estate market was very frustrating and draining due to the: competitive market, rising interest rates and the low supply of houses on the market.Sellers were to say the least, extremely predatory. On days when we were ready to throw in the towel, Brittany was very encouraging and understanding and always came up with another Ram in the bush.Her knowledge and skill set is remarkable. She was more knowledgeable of the process than our assigned finance officer. Brittany saved us a remarkable amount of money by giving push back and questioning things that we didnt know to question.
