We had to relocate to Dallas for work and coming from the Pacific Northwest to north Texas was a huge adjustment. We thank our lucky stars we had Jane Kaleski and the whole team at Luxe Realty to guide us through the real estate options in the area. Jane showed us multiple areas and several options to consider. We finally decided on new construction in a beautiful subdivision in McKinney. I’m sure a lot of realtors would have been done once the contract was signed but not Jane. She coordinated with our construction manager on a weekly basis to make sure everything was getting done and getting done right. We came into town the following weekend and he had 20 houses lined up for us to see in the two days we had. I called and asked her a very very hard question: a friend of mine had to escape an abusive relationship, she cannot go back to the house, can you help her sell it. Through Brittanys own unique capabilities in real estate & emotional intelligence she was able to help the battered wife sell the house while under constant bombardment from the abusive husband. She was able to navigate the emotions of both parties, and the court, and find the right buyer with a great price. I would recommend Brittany to ANY client! Agent Ajoura R was referred to me by a friend and was able to squeeze us in and help us out with short notice which we are grateful for. she was very kind and helpful in helping us find our new home. I believed looking into houses would be stressful since im only 20 years old and new to the whole buying a home thing, But Ajoura made the whole process easy and smooth. Although we weren’t able to find our forever home due to the short amount of time my family was given because of our situation and are currently renting now, I will definitely be contacting the agency and ask for Ajoura when we start looking into buying a house again.
