This young lady helped us out from the moment I contacted her to let her know we were ready to move to Texas. We were in contact once a week if not more. She would go to homes and check them out for us because we resided in California. We told her what we were looking for and she went above and beyond and searched for the home for us. It was frustrating at times but she assured us she would find that “DREAM HOME” for us. She called me one day with bad news with it just being a conversation of her not finding the home we wanted. That same day she called me back and told me that there was a home that was being built and showed us pics and I told her that’s the one, tell them we want it! We moved to San Antonio at the end Of September 2021 and didn’t close till December 2021. The wait was finally over and my family and I are so thankful that Ms. Byrd helped us find our dream home!

Ms. Byrd was extremely professional and attentive to the strict needs and requirements of our very demanding family. She has excellent customer service and communication skills and we as a family felt very comfortable working with her. She patiently answered all our questions. She is very hardworking and diligent as she did excellent video home tours for us while answering all of our questions. Highly recommend her services.

Brittany is FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!!! She made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. I moved to Florida in the middle of the sale and Brittany went above and beyond to go to the house and check on it while I was away. The night before the closing the final walk-through happened and I accidentally left some clutter in the rafters of the garage. Oops! Long story short, Brittany was ready to go to the house the night before closing and clear out the clutter just to save us a little money…yeah, crazy, in the best possible way!But this just speaks to her commitment to making sure we were well taken care of. Thank you so much, Brittany!

She was very knowledgeable and helpful with me buying my first home. Very professional. I would use her again if I’m ever in the need for another home. We looked at so many homes and she never complained. Whenever I called her she came no matter the time. She was awesome.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
