We would absolutely recommend working with Brian Owen when purchasing a new home. My husband and I are out of state clients and needed guidance with navigating this life changing move. We were in the market to purchase a new build, but of course we needed it to work out perfectly in timing and a home that would fit our family needs. Brian, worked diligently from October 2021-May 2022 to make this move as smooth as possible. Of course, with a new build we hit many bumps in the road, BUT Brian handled each obstacle professionally and was transparent through the whole process. He is definitely a real estate agent who ADVOCATES for his clients. We could not have made this move without his support and hard work. To top it off, we are Blue Line family and Brian backs the blue with an incentive toward closing costs! Thank you Brian Owen, we couldn’t have made this move to the friendliest state without you!

An absolutely first class experience. Beyond just helping us find our home, Brian Owen provided great insights into the area. He informed us about the schools for our children, the amazing restaurants near by as well as the best routes to our work offices. It was the type of service home buyers hope to receive from their realtor. We enjoyed working with Brian so much we have referred him to all of our family and friends. Brian is one of those people who makes you feel cared about when buying a home. Trust me, hes going to do whatever he can to get you in the home you and your family desire. How do I know this? Because Ive known this guy since the early 90s and he never ceases to amaze me when he says hell do something. When he says he cares, he means it.
