Above and Beyond. I was an out of town buyer. I contacted Brian saying hey, I want to come and see a house in 2 days. He said no problem. I added more to my list and he made sure we saw them all. Brian was very knowlegable in helping me place a bid on my house as they recieved 2 other offers. He was patient and made sure everything went smooth. He wants to see his clients happy in their new home. I really like that despite the fact I had bought other houses in the past, He walked me through the offer/contract. I highly recommend Brian and his team. This was one of the more complicated home purchases I have ever made. Brian helped me make it. Im not sure Id have gotton the house with another agent.

Sarah Banning is very proactive and helpful! We first met Sarah at a Model Home one day when my wife and I decided to just go look at houses just for fun (not really interested in buying a house anytime soon). We had been doing this for years just as leisure time to spend together. During all these years, we met many many realtors. Well, we immediately felt Sarah was different than any other ones we had met. She was very kind and sweet. Not pushy at all! Even though we told her we were just looking at houses for fun because we had just purchased ours ten years ago and we werent really interested in buying one any time soon, she STILL showed us a few model homes and plans and drove us around. She was very friendly and offered us snacks and was never aggressive on trying to convince us. She gave us her business card and said I know you guys are not interested yet, but I will be here in case you guys need help later We felt very very comfortable. Well, a few months later, an opportunity came out and it turns out we were finally ready to buy our second house! Of all the realtors we met during all those times we went to look at Model Homes, who was the first one who came into our mind? Sarah Banning! She is the best! And even though she was kind of new to the field, she was very proactive and was calling everyone she knew to try to give us what we wanted on our dream house. She represented us very well and advocated for us through the process when we needed it (no matter the time of the day). Being a military family, we wanted to ensure we have a place to land when we do PCS. We were first time home buyers and purchasing from across the country, sight unseen to our eyes, so we really needed to trust them and their expertise. After meeting with them we could tell they were extremely connected and knowledgeable about the home buying process, the current market, and the El Paso area in general. They took the time to give us a step by step breakdown of both new construction and resale buying. During our search, we worked with both of them on both ends of that spectrum.Elizabeth was well connected with the construction process and with the company representatives. She gave us timely updates and guided us through the necessary steps. That purchase did not pan out so we switched gears to looking at the pre-owned options.Brian and his team were on top of any and all of our questions. We reached out from several hours away and he quickly established a virtual meeting to talk through his team’s processes. He also “introduced” us to the city as newcomers and talked about everything from safety, to up and coming areas, to El Paso’s growth as a major city, things it’s known for and some of his favorite places, and addressed many questions we had given the recent housing market and area, as well as Fort Bliss.He frequently deals with military/site-unseen buyers and we were one of them as well. His team gives you a video walkthrough of both the house and surrounding neighborhood, and not being from the area, it was great getting their insight as to local things to do, nearby amenities, or events/construction going on near each house we looked at. They’ll note environmental details such as highway noise or railroads nearby, as well as give you an in-depth look at each house. The team also points out any issues with the house, as detailed as paint nicks, pet smells, and the like, so you really know what you’re getting if you put in an offer site-unseen.We looked at several houses as well as new construction, and his team also gave us a large list of every new construction within certain parameters we requested, as well as links to each floor plan, which was extremely helpful.I’d also like to note that we weren’t on a time crunch and looked at several houses. Brian and his team were extremely responsive and when it came time to putting in an offer, very helpful in making us strong contenders.We will definitely be working with Brian and his team again when we have to move again and I’d absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Everything you need Exactly when you need it. I contacted Brian on a Friday afternoon with a tall order. We needed to find a home and have an accepted offer by Sunday. That gave him and us less than 72 hours to go from start to finish. He was very patient with my family as we intend to stay in our home for many years and had specific desires. I could not have asked for a better experience. The best part of which was his willingness to show us MANY houses and the fact that once we made an offer he pushed the sellers agent, title company, etc, to do there jobs efficiently while calling me every 2 or 3 days to keep me informed. i rarely had to call him he was always calling me to just check in. He has even kept in touch after the sell to pass along usefull info that at new homeowner may need.In short, he was very upfront, direct, honest and kept in contact making the entire process much less stressful. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will in the future.

Couldn’t have had a better team for us every step of the way! . We had been in the “hunt” for what seem like forever, no exaggeration! Brian and Elizabeth were so patient throughout it all. From the start to even when we said mmm we need a break from looking. They continuously checked on us making sure our needs and wants stayed up to sate with them just in case they saw something hit the market for us.I would have to say the most memorable moment was when my husband and I went with Elizabeth to look at new builds, on a whim. We drove from far east to horizon to see different models. Third and final one we said YES! Spontaneous is how we are and seeing Elizabeths face was priceless.The fun definitely didn’t stop there… months and months of a roller coaster and we finally made it to the finish line, the blue tape! It was like a weight was lifted until we get to the final home orientation. We get told we won’t be closing and it may be a day or two. I was discouraged but Elizabeth reassured me everything would be okay. Two days later we are closing, but not after a few more hurdles to the finish line. The situation as a bit stressful initially since we were in a multiple offer situation, but Brian laid the groundwork for what to expect and gave great advice. She understood that and was able to set up home viewing within the matter of hrs when we found homes we were interested in. What we appreciated most about this entire experience, was her presence during closing. She asked us if we wanted her to be in the room or in the waiting area during closing. So during the closing when my husband or I made a certain face, she would immediately have the person who was going over the closing documents explain more in detail of that document. Throughout the closing, she continued asking us do we understand or have any questions. She was very vocal for us during closing and ensured we understood each and every document. Extremely͏ hard working team!I appreciate Brian and Elizabeth’s efforts to make sure that we understood every step of the process. In was a really daunting task to find a home from out of state during this insane buying market, but they made it easier. I felt like they went above and beyond to get us video tours of not just the homes we were interested in, but also the neighborhoods. I do think they have room for improvement when it comes to following up on things once an offer has been submitted, but honestly I don’t know how they find enough hours in the day for all they do. They perhaps need another staff member to help handle administrative work. Overall was very happy, and would definitely call them again if we buy another home in El Paso!
