Brandy was great! She helped us sell our first home in a very low selling season, when we were very skeptical about how quickly wed be able to get an offer. She helped us prep the home, provided amazing photos (digitally staged too since we had already moved out!), and had the house ready to go within one week. A week after the house was listed, we had a great offer! Brandy is super responsive and super knowledgeable. Wed definitely recommend her to family, friends, or anyone in need of a realtor in Austin!

Six years ago Brandy helped us buy our very first home. She was so wonderful and so easy to work with, so we enlisted her help to sell that home and to help us buy our second home. We found a home we loved, but needed to get our home sold quickly. Brandy helped us get our home on the market, within a week, and got us an offer way above asking price within 48 hours of listing the home. She again guided us in the right direction and made such a seemingly quick transaction smooth and stress less. Brandy is an amazing realtor, and an even better person. You wont be disappointed. I highly recommend her for all your buying and selling needs.

Brandy was our buying and selling agent. Both our buyers and sellers were persickety, and she managed to keep the process smooth for us in spite of them. Not to mention I had a million and one questions through the process, that she continued to provide answers and clarification along the way. The photographer and lender that she tends to utilize are great partnerships, as I would work with them again as well. Brandy always answered or responded to calls/texts promptly. Oh, and we had two full priced offers on the first day...showing her marketing and market analysis are top notch. I would definitely recommend Brandy and will use her again for future real estate purchases.
