Brandi was such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I are a military family purchasing our third home, so we needed a pro who knew the market and could help us find a house that would serve as our home and an investment property. Brandi helped us from states away to begin looking at homes, and never blinked at my request to go see a property. If I wanted to see it, she scheduled a walk through and would FaceTime me from the home. It was always a relief to know we had someone willing to work so hard for us without having to make a trip to the area. When we found the house we eventually purchased, she was a great negotiator and we got a great deal. When it came to buying, she of course offered the information of her local lenders and title company, but was never pushy about us using them. This is very typical of real estate agents to have relationships with their local counterparts. It was true of our homes in other states. We ended up going with another company that was not as easy to work with. Despite all of this she hustled every step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about her. Even now that we’ve closed she’s been an amazing resource for the area, and has been helpful in finding local contractors, etc. to do some projects on our home. She is committed to establishing relationships with other businesses in the area, and to being the best agent for her clients. She certainly was that for us. We’re so thankful to have found her.
