I’m not a person that use social media often but I wanted to share my experience with Scott with anyone looking to sale their home. He is great, if you are looking to sale your home then he’s your guy. My home was on the market a week and I had four offers over the asking price. He took care of all the paperwork and made all the contacts. My closing took about 20 minutes because he had everything in order for me. l have a very tight schedule and he understood that and made the entire process very easy. Trust me when I say he’s great, so if you are looking to sale your home give him a call.

Was paired up with Scott and gave him the rundown of our situation, let him know we had a couple days over a month to find a place due to an unforeseen circumstance, Scott found us a house the next day, got us moving the following day, and we’re now owners of our first home… needless to say, Scott Boisvert worked wonders and was fantastic throughout the whole process. We’ve found our realtor from now on and a friend in the process. A great guy with a great team!

Where do I even begin.Scott has done his magic and has made Texas our new home.We moved from Utah to Texas and he worked with us each step of the way. We purchased land without even seeing it in person. He went to the property and videoed it for us and gave us his honest opinion. When my husband and I would run into a issue Scott made sure to help us work through it.Scott will make sure your experience is a fantastic one and will get you what your looking for.Thank you Scott for working your magic and getting us the land we have always dreamed of. We choose Scott originally because he was local to the area we wanted to purchase our land, while we were stationed in Florida at the time. We definitely got lucky because he was a go-getter for sure (Id attribute it to his prior military service!). He was very responsive throughout the process, even keeping other parties up to date whenever we werent able to respond immediately. He helped guide us through every step and get us ~13k below asking price. Youd be a fool not to get him on your side!
