I have so many good things to say about Billie I don’t think I can fit them in one little paragraph! She is the most genuine and authentic person and she truly loves people, so working with her was a joy! When my husband and I were moving to Texas from out of state, she showed us all the houses we wanted to see, and helped us write good offers on them. She was always available when we needed to reach her and she is an excellent communicator, which helped so much to navigate the buy/sell negotiations. She gave us perfect advice on pricing and how to write the offers to maximize our chances of success. She also helped us coordinate the inspections and lenders and pretty much every other facet of the home buying process. Billie will be there for you every step of the way. She will take good care of you, and she is just a really fun person, so it will probably be the most enjoyable home buying experience of your life! If you are looking to buy or sell, you basically have to choose Billie! She is definitely Houston’s greatest realtor!

Billie provided us awesome service with the purchase process of our first home. What I liked about Billie is that we had no knowledge whatsoever on what to expect with this home buying process and Billie explained everything to us thoroughly and very detailed. At no time did Billie ever made us feel rushed with choosing a specific home instead she always had the best interest for us when it came to having interest in a home. I can’t begin to express how thankful I am to have had Billie as our realtor throughout the stressful home buying process!
