I highly recommend Beth to anyone wanting to buy a home. It only took me and my husband two months from the time we contacted her to the time we bought our new home. Whenever we wanted to see the house, she was always accommodating and made herself available at any time, even on weekends or in the late evening. Whatever house we look at, she will have a brochure ready to provide us more information about it. It really helped us in making a decision during the home-buying process. Additionally, she assisted us in negotiating with the buyer to have the cost of repairs covered after we made the decision to move forward with the house we wanted. On the escrow day, she was very professional and engaged in interesting conversations with us and the escrow officer. Her presence made the process enjoyable and it went by quickly and smoothly. Once the buying process was completed, she maintained regular contact with us to ensure that we received the necessary tax forms in order to take advantage of property tax reductions. I will definitely hire Beth again if I need to purchase a new property in the future.

Beth was an amazing realtor and gave me peace of mind throughout the process. She was my sellers agent and we got 2 offers in two weeks. As my buyers agent, even when a home we wanted to purchase wound up having major issues, we pivoted quickly, found a new home, and closed within 16 days. Experience matters and she had my back throughout. I had other realtor friends but business is business and I wanted the best so I chose Beth!!!

Beth Correll of Weichert Realty was our real estate agent for the sale of our former home and purchase of our new home. We were trying to coordinate the sale and purchase to make a timely transition.She helped us price our sale appropriately and during a difficult period for real estate found an acceptable all cash buyer for our lakefront property within the first week! She helped us with the negotiations which included resolving several issues with the property.She also found a new home for us at the same time and we purchased it a few days later. We made things difficult for Beth when we changed our minds on this property due to subsequent property disclosures and she was able to get us out of this transaction. The pressure was really on now. Beth found another property more to our liking and in a better location the very next day and helped us with an accepted offer on it.We closed the sale and buy exactly four weeks after the initial listing! Beth also helped us find a B&B to stay in for a couple of weeks during the transition and found several tradesmen who performed timely remodeling for us. We are very happy with our new home.My wife is a retired realtor with 25 years of experience and knows an outstanding realtor when she sees one. Beth is the best!

Beth was incredible to work with. We moved from out of state and didnt know the area. She gave us insight into everything within 50 miles. She showed us all the available homes in the area, exactly as we asked, plus suggested homes and options that we didnt think of, because frankly, we didnt know such homes and amenities existed! In a tight housing market, she hooked us up with a builder who had upcoming homes available, and we found the absolute perfect house. Beth was our expert advocate throughout the entire process and even stopped by the construction site, taking pictures, sending us updates, working with the builder, recommending a home inspector, and welcoming us to the area, so much so that it felt like we were HOME. I cant recommend her any more highly.
