Bernice has always looked out for our best interests in real estate. We looked at dozens of houses with her after working with another realtor who flat out didnt do what I asked when I wanted to see certain homes in certain areas. The process is easy with Bernice and she responds to calls quickly but it isnt just that. Were years after our last purchase of a home and she still follows up and even brings gifts for certain seasons of the year. Shes definitely a thoughtful person and pays attention to things that are great with a home or also going to be a problem. She can also help you see the potential in an investment property. I wont work with anyone else because I know I can trust her and shell work hard to take care of my family. We love her and consider her a wonderful friend.

Bernice puts her all into everything she does! She helped my husband and I find our first home before we got married. While Bernice helps many clients, you feel as if youre the only person shes working with!
