I highly recommend Ben as a realtor! He was our buyers agent. Through his help, my wife and I purchased a home we love in Bellaire, TX.He was very responsive to our needs. When my wife and I wanted to see homes we were interested in, Ben was available and worked with our schedule to show us the homes. He is very responsive by email, phone, and text message. He also met me many times at the home we ended up buying in all the various stages of the home-buying process.I can tell he is experienced and good at what he does.He helped guide us through the home-buying process, which even with a great realtor like Ben, can still be stressful. I know for sure that Ben made my home-buying experience so much better. Once we got a home we wanted to make an offer on, at the various stages in the home-buying process, Ben let us know what we needed to do in each step.Ben has good and trusted contacts that also make the home-buying experience better. Ben recommended me to a lender hes worked with on many occasions, who was an excellent lender. Ben also gave me a shortlist of good inspectors. The inspector I ended up using was on his shortlist, and I was very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the inspection.Ben was very diligent in communicating with the sellers agent my repair requests and other negotiation items, even when the sellers agent was bad at communication and always seemed to leave things to the last moment. Ben made sure to get a hold of the sellers agent in time in each of the situations we needed and made sure things did not fall through the cracks.Ben is also a nice person and pleasant to be around. The home-buying process can be a long process, and since the realtor is such a key person who you will be spending a decent amount of time with in-person at house showings, follow ups on the home you want to buy, and by email/phone, I think it is important that you like and get along with your realtor. Ben is very easy to get along with.Ben is an excellent choice for realtor, and I highly recommend him.

Ben is very knowledgeable of Houston market and patient in assisting and showing us houses to be sure we have found the right one. Ben is personable but most important he is honest. I’m very happy with meeting Benjamin Chin. He navigated my sale while I was out of state(California) without me having to do much at all! While we were moving our life to Texas our escrow fell through 2 weeks before closing due the seller changing his mind. We were essentially homeless house shopping while staying in an Air BnB.Ben was on our situation like butter on Toast. We ended up finding an even better home with Ben’s help and closed in 2 weeks. I’ll be using Ben in the future with both my investments or sales.

There are not enough incredible things that I can say about Ben! Since I found Ben through many positive reviews, I know important these can be! All I can say is wow!! I actually worked mostly with Ben from out of state and it was shocking how easy and smoothly everything went. My sister and I were put in a difficult situation and Ben made everything so much easier for us. We were truly blessed that we were able to find him. It was a little longer process for us, as we renovated the house before putting it on the market, but Ben was there every step of the way! Ben even gave us amazing recommendations of what would be beneficial in that area and market. Outstanding research! The thing that is so special about Ben is his honesty and communication. There are things that he will give you the facts, but allows you to make a decision on your own. If you want an average experience with a realtor, find someone else. He listened about moving out-of-state from California into Texas and he was more than amenable with adapting to my schedule.We talked, met in person, e-mailed and texted.The best thing about Ben is that he adapts to your comfort level and as he shares his thoughts: and he LISTENS at a very deep level and then will be attentive with multiple modalities of communication.I received communications at all times because of the feedback Ive been satisfied at a level that is very much above outstanding.We also still keep in touch. Ben is the best realtor Ive ever worked with. I spoke with other realtors in the Houston area before finding him on Yelp, and I was feeling discouraged because they werent as helpful as I had hoped they would be. I have had a bad experience trying to find a good realtor when I was house hunting for my last house, so I didnt want to settle. When I spoke to Ben, he responded quickly, he was very knowledgeable of the area, and made me feel comfortable to ask him all my questions. This man went above and beyond for me every step of my home buying experience. From helping me research the many areas I was interested in and checking on my house as it was being built when I couldnt. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. You wont regret working with him!

Ben is more than just an agent, hes a home buying mentor. As a first time home buyer, he made the whole process much easier than I ever imagined. He is extremely knowledgeable, talked me through each step, answered all my questions, and was very responsive. He made recommendations for things to include in the contract that I would have never thought of. Despite being in a sellers market, he was able to help negotiate for a purchase price much lower than the asking price. From the time I first contacted him to when I closed on the house was about 6 weeks, much faster and easier than I expected. Highly recommend
