Jason and Christina were my agents when I moved to New Braunfels. They went ABOVE & BEYOND for my family! We lived 4 hours away while looking to buy during the wild west Real Estate frenzy in the Summer of 2021. Jason went to countless properties to do video tours, wrote countless offers, gave us honest feedback, and was always available for our calls/texts/emails. Once we bought, the sellers left a bit of a mess. Jason did our final walk through on our behalf and took it upon himself to call a cleaning crew in to deep clean the house so it was fresh and ready for our moving day! Jason & Christina (in a dress mind you) even came back a few days later and personally cleaned the Deep Freezer we got in the purchase. We loved them SO much that my husband joined the Bear Creek Realty team. They love their three precious boys something fierce and are some of the most genuine, hard-working people I know!

The hill country and surrounding area is a great place to locate, but anywhere in Texas they can help you. They are dedicated to you, not just the sale. You automatically become life long friends. Jason and Christina were always patient and hospitable during our prolonged search. They also accommodated our long distance challenges. We would drive in some weekends and Jason would kindly visit and video properties when we could not, which happened many times. He listened and learned us so he knew what to look for. That is how he found the one. We really felt like priority, like family with the regard they gave towards our search. We have purchased 6 homes in our lifetime and no one came close to their first class service because they truly cared that we found what we wanted.

Jason was great! He knew our budget and exactly what we were looking for. He showed us several homes in different areas, saving the best for last as we found a brand new built home in the perfect location to our jobs and daughter’s school. If we ever purchase another home, he will be our go to!

Where do I begin? I couldnt recommend these Realtors enough. They truly are aggressive and do everything they set out to do...but more importantly they are real. They are personable, they take the time to get to know you, and to know youre motivations, and they have no problems whatsoever in standing up and making sure your interests are protected and served with regards to selling or buying. If you are looking for a Realtor, look no further. This husband and wife team are a real estate powerhouse... and they are on the move from day one. Professional as well, and they really listen. Its not lip-service with these guys, and they really put you first. I have recommended this duo to others, who have had the same experience as me...Call them, you wont be disappointed.
