Caleb was amazing during our first home buy in a crazy market in Austin during a pandemic...he was always super responsive and really had our best interest in mind. Caleb was referred to me after not receiving what I felt like I needed from my previous realtor and it was the best decision I had made to switch. Quick, professional and aggressive. He was very honest about what I could afford in my budget, location wise & went above and beyond to steer me in the right direction, even if it wasn’t the intended one. 5 months with one realtor turned into a week with him and he answered the 153 questions I had as a first time homebuyer. If I had any gripe, it was not switching sooner.
