Barbara was with us from the beginning. She has a kind heart and great personality. However she is not afraid to play hardball when helping negotiate terms. She came to our rescue and helped us land our first home. We are so grateful to have had Barbara on our side. Highly recommend, you will not be sorry.

Barbara was absolutely wonderful to work with. My wife and I were looking for a piece of property to purchase. As first time buyers we had no idea what to do and were looking for a realtor who would help us. Every other Realtor we went to would essentially blow us off; not answering questions, long replies between emails, Etc. When we found Barbara she immediately went to work trying to find us what we wanted. She was prompt in her replies and was always willing to answer even seemingly simple questions. She was patient, sitting with us and explaining the process to us so we would be more comfortable making decisions. When we eventually went to look at the property in question she had information in hand and despite me and my father badgering her with questions, she was professional and was able to answer most of them. Any that she couldnt answer on the spot she found out and sent me an email with the answers. She was amazing and easily earned my respect, I wish I could give her more stars if I could she deserves it.

We decided to buy in the peak of insanity last year. The market was crazy and frustrating and Im so thankful we chose Barbara to guide us through the whole process. I dont think we could of done it without her!! I recommend her 100%!! She really stuck it out and went above and beyond to find us EXACTLY what we were looking for!!
