Crystal was awesome! We werent sure we wanted to downsize, but decided to investigate the possibility. When interviewing Crystal, we were impressed by her knowledge of the everchanging Austin market, her ability to sort through the noise and focus on the important sale contributors, and her network of agents and interested buyers. We asked her to represent us for our purchase of a new home and the sale of our old home.On the purchasing side, we gave her a challenging wish list. She patiently sorted through homes and only brought us to see those that matched what we wanted. She knew when our kind of listing would be posted, was on top of finding good matches quickly and suggested seeing them ASAP in this competitive market. Her knowledge and expertise were key to our success both finding and winning our new home. She helped us create an offer that was attractive enough for the seller to take the house off the market without requiring us to overpay. Its really hard to articulate how refreshing it is to deal with a real professional. Crystal Olenbush is by far the best-of-the-best and is the subject matter expert when it comes to Austin real estate. My fiance and I had moved to Austin from the Midwest and had no idea where we wanted to live. Crystal met with us when we first started looking at homes, and within about 30 minutes she qualified us for a very specific location just by briefly chatting about whats important to us. She was SPOT ON. In addition to being a total bad ass, shes patient as all get out. We set a timeline of about 18 months from the time we met with her, until we were going to be ready to move into a new home. She kept in touch the entire time, occasionally sending us listings just so we could keep up with the market. We ended up pulling the trigger a little sooner than initially expected, but she hopped right into the drivers seat, and took charge. She went to bat for us when it was time to make offers, and managed to negotiate one hell of a deal for the absolute PERFECT home for us. Did I mention she did all of this while nearly 9 months pregnant and didnt skip a beat? She also has a fabulous assistant, Ashley, so if Crystal is busy, you can always get help.

When our daughter was moving to Austin I called several realtors and never Clicked, that is until I talked with Crystal. Crystal listened to what we were looking for and we were on a strict timeline to purchase. We went out one day with Crystal and by the end of the day we found the property we fell in love with, however is was a little out of our price range. Crystal convinced us this was a GREAT investment and we bought it. Our daughter unexpectedly took another job 6 months into her first year of the purchase. Crystal convinced us NOT to sell (which she could have made more money off of) but instead to lease the unit. We didnt sell, she helped us lease the unit and we have leased it NONSTOP for 3 1/2 years with only 2 tenants. We have had several offers from people to purchase the unit (for a substantial profit) and instead we are enjoying the monthly income we are receiving each month on the unit she convinced us to buy. In addition, Crystal has become a lifelong friend not only to my daughter, but to me as well! Crystal is like family..... she is awesome!

I can’t imagine every using any other REALTOR than Scott R Hamilton! Scott helped me sell my home recently during a tough time in my life when I was suddenly unable to focus on actually selling my home. I had major medical issues to deal with but since Scott helped me with my past purchase of the home, I felt confident that with his help, I was in good hands. His advice with some needed upgrades and staging and his outstanding marketing of the home was so helpful that the very first potential buyer that viewed my home made an outstanding offer and I accepted. I was thrilled! I really feel his professional representation and negotiation skills allowed me to obtain the best possible price and terms for my home. While I was in the hospital going through major surgery and recovery, Scott worked closely with me through the process with such expertise and professionalism that I had the peace of mind to focus on my health knowing that I was being represented in the best manner possible.
