If you want to sell your house or buy one, Gina is the one for ya. She will do whatever is needed to get the job done. She makes things easy and explains things the way you can understand. When I buy again I know who I want to be my agent and that’s Gina. O and by the way she is one of the friendliest and respectful person I have ever met. Give her a chance you won’t be sorry. Wish there was more than 5 stars!!!!!!Jake

In a nutshell I met Gina via email on Feb 24th and I closed on my house on March 29th. I looked for two weeks and made two bids. Gina never pressured me or pushed me to bid higher than I wanted which turned out perfectly because the second house was THE one. She managed my expectations about the market and that it would be tough buying. She answered all of my questions and was SO supportive. She gave me the perfect advice and I was able to put in a bid that the seller liked enough so they didn’t even have an open house. And feedback from the seller was they not only liked my numbers but they liked how buttoned up and packaged my bid was and that was 100% Gina. I would not hesitate to recommend Gina to anyone!

Gina was an amazing help! She returned calls and messages promptly. She accomodated times to see the properties for me. Her willingness, knowlege and expertise are of superb caliber. She diminished my stress in finding a place with short notice. Email properties to me in a flash. Instantly worked with me too view properies and worked the details of distance, which were imperative for us. I cant thank her enough for the time, professionalism and cortious help she gave. She is the person you need to ease the struggles of finding a place. I am forever thankful for her extraordinary assistance.

If you want a realtor that will just act like a robot and just go after houses you ALREADY picked,stick with ZILLOW!!!!HOWEVER, if you want a realtor that actually PUTS IN THE WORK, GINA IS FOR YOU!!!!!!She goes out and HUNTS for homes for you. I am an EXTREMELY HIGH TYPA A person. After a few visits with a few listing agents, I realized just let Gina do the talking.She will tell listing agents EXACTLY what will work for her clients and what wont. She goes and scouts and different times of the day just to ensure the right choices BEFORE she sends them to you for review.Simply put, Gina is the typ of Realtor that looks at things in a human way for her clients.....she get involved and she isnt simply Transactional.....she is REAL Person....and she is REAL GREAT at her Job.I have had alot of housebuying experience and have seen our fair share of realtors. Gina is BY FAR.....THE BEST!!!!!

Gina was AMAZING!!! She looked up listings every day in my search criteria. We went to countless houses looking for the perfect house for me. It was my first home purchase and I didnt have a lot of money for repairs, so I didnt want a fixer upper. When we found the perfect house, Gina took the time to make sure that every step went smoothly and kept me informed through the process. I highly recommend Gina for all your Real Estate needs.
