If you are reading this review, you have already chosen the right realtor. Kristen is AMAZING!!! She has the power of objectivity and uses it well. She gets things done! She is not a slap a sign in the yard and sit relator.She is unwaveringly positive, incredibly knowledgeable, goes above and WAY beyond in service, is incredibly empathetic, patient and kind. She helps remove the stress of selling by determining what truly matters and what doesnt. She has the resources to help you get things done that need to get done, and not stress over every little detail; she takes on the good the bad and the ugly. She understands the market and how to get every dollar the market will allow for the dollars and sweat equity youve invested in your home over the years.How Kristen helped us:We were absolutely entrenched in our home, still working on unfinished remodel business, and dealing with water damage / insurance claim after the Texas Deep Freeze in February. We were supposed to go on the market in April, it didnt happen. We were stuck in what I began to call Ground Hog Day. Ghosting by multiple contractors. Ball after ball being dropped by our insurance and mortgage company. Every day was a repeat of tail chasing phone calls and nothing getting done; wasting precious time, energy and our own funds.By May 1st we were so incredibly frustrated. Between no show / ghosting contractors, our insurance and mortgage company (Nation Wide was not on our side), and our original realtor was experiencing a family emergency. We were overwhelmed, needed help digging out, and getting things done.A friend told us about Kristen and what she had done for his girlfriends brother in selling their home the month before. It was a tough call because we didnt want to hurt our previous relator, especially under her circumstances.We called Kristen and she got back to us right away. She took the reigns, made sure our other realtor was compensated even though she didnt have to, and she never overstepped. She always made sure each step of her process was okay with us. She saw we were overwhelmed. She gave us guidance, resources and options. Like a painter we could pay an affordable deposit to and the remainder at the closing table. She brought in a stager who told us what furniture stayed and what needed to go. She and the stager moved all the furniture, re-decorated mostly with our own items, and arranged junk removal for staging and picture day. The stager and photographer brought out the real beauty of our home when all we could see was this massive ongoing project and clutter. The pictures were stunning. Our home was on the market by Friday June 11th and we had 4 viable offers by noon Monday June 14th.There are no words to express how grateful we are for everything Kristen and her team did to facilitate the sale of our home. We would not have gotten the 4 very good offers we did if it werent for them. And in the process I felt like we made a life long friend.

Amazing, professional, fast and nice! Made the entire experience a breeze. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail and the quick communication! I never once felt lost during the process, Kristin Childers was more than I could have hoped for in an agent!
