I have known Audrey since 2012 when I replaced her roof. I have also inspected multiple roofs since then and in a lot of cases I’ve been able to have insurance companies pay for a new roof. This has added value to the seller. Audrey is a very hard-working person and I highly recommend her.

Audrey Pudder is an absolutely outstanding realtor. She provided excellent guidance and support throughout the entire process of selling my home. Initially she came to my home and discussed several ideas for updates to my house so that I could obtain maximum dollar for the house. I followed her advice and changed a few cosmetic aspects of the home. In addition, she had a stager come to the home and when they were done my house looked straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog. The house sold in 3 weeks over the slow holiday season and for significantly more than the appraised value.Audrey also did a number of things to help support me through the process of selling the home. She ordered a DVD for my children to help them adjust to the process of moving. In addition, she was highly knowledgeable about Austin Real Estate and my area specifically. She was very responsive to my calls and questions, gave me a lot of helpful advice about showing my home well, and always went the extra step to make my home look beautiful.In short, Audrey is simply a delightful woman and a pleasure to work with. Audrey was always prepared, listened to our concerns and gave us the best advice for getting our house sold. After doing exactly what she told us in terms of clearing out the house and using her staging, we had offers the first day it was put on the market. We ended up getting over the asking price. My wife and I have just completed our 2nd great real estate experience; working with agent Audrey Pudder. Late last year she masterfully orchestrated the location, negotiation, and purchase of our beautiful home in Austin. More recently, we closed escrow on four income properties, a process far more arduous than we had anticipated. Through it all, Audrey remained a strong advocate and knowledgeable advisor at every step, from start to finish. She also went “that extra mile” (after closing) by making all of the arrangements to professionally stage and photograph the properties for rental marketing. We wouldnt use any agent other than Audrey for our real estate needs.

Audrey helped my husband and I sell our 2 properties during the early months of the COVID-19 pandemic, and that was no easy feat. She kept us apprised of potential buyers likes and dislikes in order for us to respond accordingly. She even came out 2 years prior to look at the property to advise us of potential updates, if they were needed. We were able to close on both properties within the timeframe that we had set prior to the pandemic. Audrey arranged to have all closing papers sent electronically as my husband and I had moved cross -country by the time the contracts were signed. We highly recommend Audrey for helping you through the buying/selling process.
