Stephen is awesome! The best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He helped me with my last 2 houses. He is professional and responsive. He kept me informed throughout the the process.When I was buying Stephen helped me decide on the area based on the needs and wants I had for a home. He helped guide me through the process I was very pleased with both homes he helped me buy. Both were a good value and under appraisal.One home I put a contract in for turned out to be a bad deal based on the inspection. I talked it over with him and based on his advise I didn’t continue with that purchase. I’m so glad I took his advise, the home I ended up with worked out much better for me.When I was selling, with Stephen’s help, we had several offers and a contract over the list price within a few days. I was very pleased with his assistance and guidance through a complicated sell/buy.I will definitely use him again and highly recommend Stephen. He’s not pushy but kept me informed. He didn’t pressure me to buy at the top of my price range like so many other realtors do. I found a gem of a Realtor!

Working with Stephen was great, as a first time home buyer I really didn’t know much at all. He was quick with getting information about houses, providing the prices nearby homes of similar make sold for, and arranging viewing. During viewing he had keen eye for detail and a lot of experience and knowledge to share. He walked me through what made an attractive offer in the current market, and after a couple weeks I had an offer accepted. Super excited about my new home, it was a stressful process but Stephen helped make it as smooth as possible.

Stephen is an amazing realtor and I highly recommend working with him! I worked with him for over a year on a new construction home. He is super detailed, honest, and responsive and he truly cares about his clients. He went above and beyond to help me find a home. He sent me videos of dozens of houses and he was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process— he even flew into town for my closing even though he had a family emergency! I highly recommend working with Stephen!

Stephen Sheridan is by far the BEST real estate agent ever! When we bought our house with him, we were new in the city and not so sure of location etc. He is super through and honest in terms with what we can get in our budget and which location is safe/family friendly etc. He helped us in making the best decision for our family, Austin market is so competitive, he helped us in beating other offers, he negotiated wherever he could and we got our dream home because of him! He has such great eye for details and we were impressed with his knowledge of not just the area/schools/shopping/entertainment around each house but also how much home improvement will cost. It helps a lot in knowing, how much you will be spending in renovations or repairs specially in this market, when people are waving option period/inspection contingency etc. Really don’t waste your time looking around, just go with him! You will never regret it!

He is like having that responsible person by your side always, who keeps you from taking wrong decisions or gives you a picture of what you are getting into when buying a property.
