In short, highly recommend Gabriel!!! Gabriel TRULY wants his clients to find the right home for themselves. He genuinely cares and consistently has gone above and beyond. I’ve had several realtor experiences in my life and can say Gabriel has been the full package. Even my pool designer was so impressed with him that he asked for several of his cards.He is very knowledgeable and is incredibly willing to share so that you reasonably know what to expect. That level of transparency and guidance was not only reassuring but refreshing! In additional to being so knowledgeable, he is very handy and exceptionally reasonably priced for his work.He is such a great person that is hardworking, experienced, and honest. Gabriel and Brisa were great partners in my home purchasing journey. They were both so patient with me! I started searching for a home early in March 2023, and after seeing a few properties I had to do a hard pause. Finally got the chance to look for properties again in August, and when I contacted them they were quick to respond and start coordinating with me. Gabriel helped me find a wonderful house, and around a month later I officially became a homeowner! Im a first time home buyer and needed a lot of handholding, and Gabriel and Brisa were definitely available and within easy reach to support me. Thank you Gabriel! Thanks Brisa!

I wanted to sell my home and contacted a few realtors. After several interviews I chose to go with Aspire Realty Group because they were the most upfront and honest. Plain talk, and realistic expectations. I spoke and worked with Gabriel Granado. He did a walk through of our home, showed me a few things that needed fixing then we sat down and talked about how I wanted things to proceed. Gabriel gave me a realistic view of what I could expect. I made the minor repairs he suggested, he then had a photographer come out and take pictures of the interior and exterior of the house and he then listed the house. We put the house on the market and within 24 hours (no exaggeration) we had several realtors schedule their clients for a tour of our home. And in less than 30 hours we had a solid offer that we accepted. After that, everything went very well and like clockwork. Gabriel ensured we received top market value for our home and that everything was signed, sealed and delivered. I could not have been in better hands. It truly was a great but bitter sweet experience to sell my home of 30 years. Brisa and Gabriel were so helpful to us throughout our home selling process! At our first meeting, they showed up with a detailed preliminary market analysis, were very professional, and had a clear, concrete strategy for marketing/selling our home. During that initial meeting, they werent pushy (as some other agents had been), as they knew we were interviewing a few agents to find a good fit. After that, their photographer was able to come out promptly, and she took wonderful photos. Once the listing went live, we immediately had dozens of people requesting tours and many offers within a few days—this was thanks to their excellent work (photos, description, timing, negotiating, conversations with prospective buyers, etc.). After we accepted an offer, Brisa and Gabriel continued to work hard to make sure our sale closed, despite a number of frustrating hiccups with pushy, unreasonable buyers. All those hiccups stressed us out a lot, but Brisa and Gabriel kept us calm and offered many helpful insights and options—and they made sure the sale closed! Great people who care about their community.

I 100% recommend working with Gabriel Granado! He answered any and all questions we had, no matter what time of day. We are new buyers and he really worked with us, walking us through the process and making sure we were getting our money’s worth. He isn’t afraid to advocate for his client; whether it’s for repairs needed, pricing, closing costs, etc. He made sure to communicate with us throughout the entire process so we were never in the dark. I was scared about how hard buying a house would be, but with Gabriel it was so fast and simple! I will definitely be working with him again in the future.

Gabriel is an AMAZING relator! He was super responsive to all of our questions. He stayed on top of all the moving pieces (inspection, appraisal, etc) to get our house sold & closed quickly!He truly went above & beyond for us! There were a few pieces of our flooring my kids had pulled up & he went to Home Depot to get materials to fix our flooring & did all the labor himself the day before we started showing! We have moved several times previously & never had a realtor that was so helpful!!Finally - he sold our house for WAY more money than I thought we would be able to get for it. He used his expertise to help us navigate a multiple-offer situation. We are so pleased!! Truly cannot rave about him enough!

He was quick to respond to our many questions, concerns and issues that popped up. Answered all my questions, Put home on market and in just 4 days had a full ask offer, very quick close in just 14 days. With me being disabled I was unable to do much packing or loading. Brisa and her husband from Fathom Realty sold my house last December. I listed my house in November and Brisa posted the listing at 3:00 am in the morning Texas time. By the time I got up over my Thanksgiving break in Washington State the home had its first offer which I later honored and closed. The home sold in less than six hours (receipt of successful offer). The offer was $10k over asking and the home found its rightful future home owner with plenty of kids for the home.From beginning to end it was a good and painless experience. I am not a real estate agent friend in general, bought and sold property without real estate agents before, but this was a good experience and since I did not have time to take care of things by myself Brisa did what needed to be done.I can only recommend Brisa and her husband as agents.They are honest and straight forward.Thank you Brisa and Gabriel!

I would like to recommend, Aspire Realty Group for being so professional and friendly. Brisa and Gabriel surpassed my expectations, They helped my son Josh Wuilleumier and me to get my house in Texas ready to sell. It was trashed by my last tenants we convertet it from Beast to beauty, getting down to their knees to scrub Floors and up to their feet to paint and shine it. WHO Does that? IF YOU WANT THE BEST COME HERE!!!!!! Gabriel Grando is the BEST! He has sold us 2 houses and sold 1 for us. He has always gone above and beyond for us! He is very knowledgeable and has so much experience from working on homes , he was able to point out issues he could see were wrong with homes as much as he could and helped us find rhe right ones for our family! No words , I mean absolutely NO words can describe this man’s initiative, dedication, professionalism, and loyalty to his customers and fellow veterans. For a man Truly understands his job, his duty, and responsibility, for the first time in my limited real estate transactions… I wanna say this man is under paid. Mr Granado not only fronted good portion of credits for repairs , also made sure all the little details were prepared for inspection.
