We were first time buyers and Ashley Salgado was our realtor and she truly went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. She kept us extremely well informed about the process, she always advocated for us and truly understood our needs. Throughout our home-buying process, she was incredibly communicative. She promptly answered calls and emails, keeping us informed about every development. Her ability to clearly explain complex contract details was particularly helpful. She even got things done fast. We are so glad to have worked with her! We definitely recommend her and will use her if needed in future will chose her.

Ashely is top notch! She was able to help us sale of our land and the purchase of our very first home! She was very thorough during both processes, knowledgeable of contracts, being readily available at any time for any questions, keeping us updated, and truly advocated for us from beginning to end. Ashley was the best realtor to work with! She was educated on the current housing information and answered all of our questions! She’s VA-friendly and has experience with those type of loans. She really helped our family when we had to move due to orders and helped trim our trees. She got our home VA-inspection ready! Our family really appreciated her efforts and we are so happy with her service!

Five stars arent enough. My partner and I moved to San Antonio, and were looking for a home in that area. Were truly blessed to have Ashley as our agent because not only did she travel over 6 hours to help us, she put in an extreme amount of work to get us the home we wanted. Unfortunately, we had some bumps in the road with the selling agency we were dealing with, but Ashley handled the transaction with the utmost professionalism and transparency throughout the process. She advocated for our needs and put up a fight when she needed to. Thanks to her, we got a beautiful home at a steal of a price. As a Marine Corps Veteran who has purchased homes with other realtors, I can say Ashley is top-tier, and I would recommend her to anyone!!Thank you again, Ashley.
