As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea where to start. Some research and referrals led me to Ashley and I couldn’t be more thankful.Ashley is super organized, was able to explain the process of buying a home step by step for even someone like me to understand, and gave amazing recommendations for services that would be needed before, during, and after closing on a home. Even while working a night shift schedule, I was always able to stay in constant communication, tour any homes that caught my eye, and have any questions I had answered.Ashley is also very knowledgeable when it comes to Galveston and was able to help me find the perfect home in a great area. Where to begin... We met Ashley when we were on vacation to just get a feel what real estate was like in Galveston and to see if she was someone we would feel comfortable with. Let me tell you, were we astounded by her knowledge on local markets and recommendations she made just in that initial consult that we knew we were already committed. Just 1 month later we had sold our house in Utah (with a realtor that she recommended in Utah who was also fantastic), moved to Galveston into a short term rental (yeah, she helped us out with that too), and were on the house hunt. Not even another month later we found the one, made an offer (an amazing deal, Ashley works wonders making deals) , and are living the island dream now (just 3 months after we fell in love with Galveston) all thanks to Ashley and her expertise! Anyone looking to buy, sell, rent, etc. would be wise to contact Ashley! Thanks for everything Ashley, you rock!Ps. She gives amazing closing day gifts! 😉

Ashley is simply the best! I was looking to buy a property in Galveston I got the feeling from some realtors that I was just another commission and they would steer me to the properties that would get them the most $$$ for them sometimes not even close to what I told them I was looking for! But not Ashley, she listened to what I was looking for and advised me against certain properties (some high dollar ones at that) and then when we did make bid on one and I decided to back out(twice) Ashley was supportive then I would get discouraged but she assured me that the right property was out there and she was right. she was right about everything the price and what kind of offer to make. My advise get Ashley in your corner and talk to her and then let her work her magic you will be happy you did!
